What We Supervise
- Production Coordination: Follow-up on product specifications, approved samples, production schedules and shipment arrangements.
- Electrical & Functional Testing: Coordination of relevant testing based on product specifications, applicable standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Quality Inspection: In-process quality checks and pre-shipment inspections, including AQL sampling where agreed and applicable.
- Issue Resolution & Traceability: Follow-up on product quality concerns, working with relevant production records and manufacturing teams to identify causes and coordinate corrective actions.
Quality Gates
Quality control is not limited to final inspection. It begins with understanding what the product is expected to do and how it will be used.
Depending on the product and production process, quality checkpoints may include incoming component inspection, first-article verification, in-process electrical testing, reliability testing and final inspection.
Our approach focuses on identifying potential issues early, maintaining consistency between approved samples and production units, and supporting practical solutions when adjustments are needed.
