Quality & Manufacturing Support

Consistent product quality starts with clear specifications and continues through production, testing and final inspection. TGITION provides quality control and manufacturing support for power adapters, USB-C chargers, power inverters and related power electronics. We focus on production coordination, product-specific testing, quality inspection and timely issue resolution to help keep finished products aligned with agreed requirements.

What We Supervise

  • Component Quality & Incoming InspectionReview of critical components, material specifications and incoming quality checks according to the product design and manufacturing requirements.
  • Production Monitoring & CoordinationFollow-up on production schedules, approved specifications, manufacturing progress and quality concerns, with on-site coordination arranged where appropriate.
  • Electrical Testing & Reliability VerificationElectrical safety checks, functional testing and relevant reliability evaluations based on product specifications and applicable requirements. Burn-in or other additional testing can be reviewed according to the product and project scope.
  • Pre-Shipment Quality InspectionOutgoing product inspections based on agreed quality criteria, including Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) sampling methods where applicable. Inspection scope and reporting requirements are confirmed according to the order.
  • Root-Cause Analysis & Corrective ActionInvestigation and follow-up of reported quality issues, using available production and inspection information to help identify potential causes and coordinate corrective or preventive actions.

Quality Checkpoints Throughout Production

Quality requirements may differ by product design, application and manufacturing process. Depending on the project, key checkpoints can include:

  • Incoming Component Checks: Verification of selected materials and components against agreed specifications.
  • First-Article Verification: Review of initial production units against approved product requirements or reference samples where applicable.
  • In-Process Testing: Electrical and functional checks during relevant production stages, with additional reliability testing where required.
  • Final Inspection: Product appearance, labeling, packaging and functional checks against agreed acceptance criteria before shipment.

The appropriate inspection methods, acceptance criteria and records are determined according to product and order requirements.

Documentation & Special Inspection Requests

Product-specific test reports, certification information and available quality inspection records can be reviewed or provided upon request, depending on the selected model and project requirements.

If your project requires third-party inspection, additional reliability testing or specific acceptance criteria, please share these requirements before production so the scope, feasibility and arrangements can be evaluated.
