Questions before a project starts
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product, specifications and level of customization. Selected standard products may support smaller trial orders, while OEM/ODM projects involving customized components, tooling or packaging may require higher quantities. Share your requirements and estimated order volume so we can review suitable options.
What are typical lead times?
Sample availability and production lead times depend on product specifications, customization requirements, material availability and order quantities. For selected standard products, samples may be available within approximately 3–5 working days. A typical production reference for certain orders is 25–35 days. These timelines are indicative and subject to confirmation for each project.
Can we order samples first?
Yes. Sample orders are available for selected products. For customized projects, sample development, testing and approval arrangements depend on technical requirements and the scope of customization. Where appropriate, an approved sample can serve as a reference for subsequent production.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed according to the product, order value and cooperation arrangements. Depending on the project, payment structures such as a deposit with the balance paid before shipment may be available. The agreed terms will be specified in the quotation or proforma invoice.
How does an OEM/ODM project usually run?
A typical project may involve requirement review, technical feasibility evaluation, quotation, sample development or confirmation, and production coordination. The actual process depends on whether the project involves standard product customization, branding or new product development. We discuss the relevant steps with you before proceeding.
Which certifications can TGITION products carry?
Depending on the product, relevant requirements may include CE-related conformity assessment, ETL certification, PSE, KC, CCC, RoHS or other applicable standards and regulations. The availability and status of certification documents must be confirmed for each model. Visit our Certifications & Compliance page for more information.
What warranty do you provide?
Warranty terms depend on the product and agreed commercial conditions. A 12-month warranty is generally available for eligible products, with other arrangements subject to product and order requirements. Specific coverage, exclusions and claim procedures are confirmed before order placement.
How do shipping and Incoterms work?
We can discuss shipping options and trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, depending on the destination, order requirements and available logistics arrangements. Shipping costs, transit times, customs responsibilities and applicable import charges are reviewed according to the agreed Incoterm and shipment details.
